Hospitality Program

While we don’t sell our coffee to distributors at this point, we do have a small hospitality program in which we can offer discounts for Churches, Schools, Restaurants, Offices, Businesses, Vacation Rentals, Event Venues…or wherever else coffee is being shared with folks.  

Coffee has a powerful force for bringing people together, and we feel that craft coffee can do that in a really unique way. Therefore, we’re happy to partner with like-minded folks who are using specialty coffee for connection and community. If you’re preparing a cup for someone else, we’d love to extend some hospitality to you to help make your hospitality possible.

  4. Detailed information on each coffee you order, brewing recommendations, and direct consultation and support from Daniel for your unique service situation. Basically…if we are giving you our coffee, and you want our advice, we’re happy to help make sure you know how to brew it well! 

  5. We're also happy to offer equipment consultation and sourcing for you if you need help finding a new espresso machine, brewer, etc. at no extra cost. We can source some items ourselves, and those that we can't, we'll point you in the right direction for a smooth procurement and install. 

Requirements:

  1. Must be a business, church, nonprofit, office, program etc.

  2. Please place a minimum order of $55 each time.

That’s it!

We also know how hectic it can be to run a business, so we keep our ordering process quite simple. You’ll be given a unique discount code that you can use to place orders on our website…or if you prefer to work with email, you’ll be able to simply email us with your order, we’ll get it prepared, and will send you an invoice right away.

Local Delivery Orders will be delivered on Fridays. 
Orders need to be in by Midnight on Wednesday each week. 

Out-of-town orders will be mailed within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Who this does not make sense for:

Folks that are looking to retail coffee bags. Sadly, we just don’t have the capacity for that yet, and it probably wouldn’t make a ton of financial sense for you to buy and resell. 

This also probably doesn’t make as much sense to the organization that works with extremely high volumes and has a customer base of folks who are not all that attune to coffee quality. We aren’t blind to believe that everyone cares about coffee as much as we do! That being said, in business (and in life), you need to put your money where it matters most, and if coffee isn’t the place, you are likely to find some more affordable options to get you going. 


Who does this make sense for:

Folks that brew coffee, cold brew, or espresso based drinks often for people, and want to offer something special. After the hospitality discount, the cost is ~30-45 cents a cup when you buy in 5lb bags. Therefore, using specialty coffee like ours is an avenue for you to be able to offer what we like to call “an affordable luxury” to your guests/ employees/ customers etc.
