The Greensleeves Holiday Blend returns — making its 2025 debut. 

We’ve been running this blend back for four years now, and every year it’s the same story: the moment it launches is the last moment we’re not glued to the roaster. 

When we created Greensleeves, the goal was simple: make a holiday coffee that tastes delicious…and actually feels like Christmas.


To us, that meant something warm and chocolatey, syrupy and cozy, with a graham-cracker sweetness. But like any good holiday pie, it needed brightness too—just a little fruit to cut through, like cranberry, spiced fruit, that tiny festive sparkle that makes the whole thing come alive.

This year threw us a curveball. We usually anchor the blend with a Brazilian coffee, but due to a number of factors surrounding Brazilian coffee right now…nothing we could get our hands on met the quality we wanted.

So we went exploring—and that’s when we found a Washed Papua New Guinea that surprised us. It had the deep chocolate and body we needed…plus these rich notes of molasses, prune, and walnut that made the whole concept click.

Then came the Nicaragua Santa Teresa de Mogotón Natural, the coffee that tastes like a strawberry donut on its best days. It brings the red-fruit punch without the sharp acidity some naturals carry. We knew it would be the perfect counterpoint to the PNG.

And finally, the quiet hero of the blend: the Washed Costa Rica Chirripó, one of the most versatile coffees we’ve ever used. Toasted almond, red fruit, milk chocolate, and a silky mouthfeel that smooths out everything around it. It was so perfect that we bought the rest of our importers inventory just to make sure Greensleeves tasted exactly the way we imagined it.

The result? A blend that took a lot of trial, a little luck, and a few “wait, taste this” moments around the cupping table…but came together into a coffee that truly tastes, smells, and feels like the holidays.
